Logline: Two criminals and their hostages unknowingly seek temporary refuge in an establishment populated by vampires, with chaotic results.

3 Act Structure


ACT 1: Two criminals who are brothers decides to leave Texas after a murder case. They pulled up in a bar called the titty sister to meet their handler in the morning. 
ACT 2: The bar they went in is actually a vampire nest. Both the brothers has to fight the crooks in the bar which are vampires, and if the Gecko brothers can survive from dusk until dawn, the "crooks" will let em' go.
ACT 3: It is their only obstacle left in their way before reaching Mexico. The climax is when the gecko brothers engaged in combat with the other people in the bar that reveals themselves as vampires.

Predator



















Key Character(s): Arnold Schwarzenegger
Logline: A team of commandos, on a mission in a Central American jungle, find themselves hunted by an extra-terrestrial warrior.

3 Act Structure

ACT 1: The team was sent to rescue the hostages and resist retaliation. They arrived in the jungle and have to be mentally prepared as nothing that lives there is safe.
ACT 2: Despite being led by the ultimate weapon, they are also faced by the ultimate enemy who slowly murders the team 1 by 1. The enemy identifies its enemies by their body heat allowing it to slowly hunt them down sneakily.
ACT 3: Despite having the ability of murdering almost everyone in the team, the predator did not manage to kill Arnold Schwarzenegger as he successfully bombs the place and flee from the area into safety.

Scream


















Key Character(s): Casey Becker

Logline: A killer known as Ghostface begins killing off teenagers, and as the body count begins rising, one girl and her friends find themselves contemplating the "Rules" of horror films as they find themselves living in a real-life one.

3 Act Structure

ACT 1: The film opens with young Casey Becker receiving phone calls from an unidentified caller. At first it seems as if he has gotten a wrong number, but it soon becomes clear he is toying with her, and his voice gets more and more threatening. Casey becomes frightened when she realizes her caller can see her.
ACT 2: Everyone becomes a suspect cause nobody knows for sure who is the actual person behind the mask and rules and precaution were laid out in order to find out the true identity of the killer.
ACT 3: Safety rules are showed as precautions to take in order for people to not encounter the serial killer with different people who portray different personalities

Sleepless in Seattle


















Key Character(s): Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan
Logline: A recently-widowed man's son calls a radio talk show in an attempt to find his father a partner.

3 Act Structure

ACT 1: A little young boy decides to call up the radio station in order to find a suitable candidate for his sleepless father from Seattle. He calls in because his dad is sleepless and he hopes to find the suitable woman who will be there to keep him company. Tom Hanks is then tasked to explain more about his wife over the radio show. Hundreds of women from the country hears the program and writes to sam telling him how touched are they by his story.

ACT 2: Meg Ryan, a Baltimore reporter tunes in to the radio channel and feels that he is rather special despite being married. She impulsively writes in suggesting that both of them should meet up knowing that her fantasies about someone she has not met before.
ACT 3: Tom Hanks's good friend assures him that he will like her as to what she plans to do for him. His son picks up a letter and told his dad that he loves the specific letter that Meg Ryan wrote in.

Cruel Intentions



















Key Character(s): Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon
Logline: Ryan makes a pact with his step sister Sarah that if he fails to lure Reese into before summer is over, Kathryn get his car and if he succeeds, he gets Kathryn

3 Act Structure


ACT 1: Sarah tells Ryan of how she can easily can anyone and makes a pact with her step brother to make Reese loses her virginity however he must not fall in love with her if not he has to give her car to her.
ACT 2: Ryan almost succeeds in the motive but soon finds that he is actually falling in love with the virgin. 
ACT 3: Sarah starts to pick on a fight on the fact that Ryan actually fell for sebastian is falling for Reese and confronts him when he lost the bet and she gave herself up to him but rejected her instead.

Urban Legend




Key Character(s): Paul Gardner, Natalie Simon, Rebecca Gayheart.
Logline: A college student suspects a series of bizarre deaths are connected to certain urban legends.

3 Act Structure

ACT 1: The lecturer decided to talk about urban legend about mixing pop rocks and soda that will burn your stomach and intestines first. However it did not happen and it gave 1 of his friends a shock instead. Being discouraged that it was not true, they decided to find another urban legend that is true.

ACT 2. They decided to pick on the one whereby there is a guy with an axe who is always at the backseat of a girl. However murder cases started happening frequently that causes the girls to be worried and start investigating into the murder cases.
ACT 3: They are unhappy that someone is using urban legends to scare them and with the serial killer still chasing after them into the school compound.

Home Alone



















Key Character(s): Kevin Mcallister, The Mcallister family, The Wet Bandits
Logline: An 8-year-old boy who is accidentally left behind while his family flies to France for Christmas must defend his home against idiotic burglars.

3 Act Structure

ACT 1: The Mcallister family were late for their flight and all of them were rushing towards the airport. They were lucky to have made it on time for their flight but forgotten about their youngest child who was still sleeping when they left for the plane.

ACT 2: There was a police case that is being reported about the wet bandits who break into people's home and to add on to the family being away on the holiday, the Mcallister's home were being targeted by them.
ACT 3: Kevin was a very independent child for his age and so he guarded his house by laying traps for the wet bandits who were trying with every measure they could to break into his house.

Bulletproof Monk



















Key Character(s): Chow Yun Fatt, Sean William Scott, Jaime King
Logline: Chow Yun Fatt's a monk whose duty has been to protect a powerful ancient scroll and while finding the scroll's next guardian, the monk's quest brought him to New York City only to find out in disbelief that his successor is an average new yorker played by Sean William Scott.

3 Act Structure

ACT 1: Chow Yun Fatt is a guardian of a sacred scroll that can be found in the temple. He is needed to find a successor and the quest brought him to a America which he is not familiar at all. He met his successor and is surprised that he is nothing like him at all.

ACT 2: Sean William Scott is very discouraged and does not believe that he is the successor. He taunts Chow Yun Fatt about his kungfu gimmicks. Chow Yun Fatt has a hard time trying to persuade and convince that Sean William Scott is the one.
ACT 3: Sean William Scott finally is convinced and works hand in hand with Chow Yun Fatt along with Jaime King as they fight obstacles along the way.

Meet Joe Black
Key Character(s): Bratt Pitt as Joe Black and his guide being portrayed by Anthony Hopkins and his daughter by Claire Forlani.
Logline: A media mogul acts as a guide to Death, who takes the form as a young man as he wants to learn about life on earth
ACT 1:Mr Parrish, a media tycoon is about to celebrate his 65th birthday and one morning he is being contacted by the inevitable; Death itself enters his home and his life that is personified in a mans body as Joe Black
ACT 2: Joe Black caught feelings with Mr Parrish's daughter being portrayed as Claire Forlani unintentionally. He intends to take Clarie Forlani as his own but got in a disagreement with Mr Parrish as he came into his life and is having an affair with his daughter.
ACT 3: He has persuade Mr Parrish that its true love with his daughter and Joe Black gets to choose if he were to carry on to be with his daughter or leave her instead.

Scent of a Woman
Key Character(s): Chris O'donnel as Charlie Simms, Al Pacino as Frank Slade
Logline: A prep school student in need of money agrees to babysit a blindman however it is not as easy as it seems.

3 Act Structure

Act 1: Charlie Simms a prep school student found a weekend job opportunity in the school bulletin that requires a babysitter and he took the address of the note and decides to head down to the house. 
Act 2: People around him told him that the person he is going to babysit is a Lieutenant Colonel and he is a great guy. However it turned out otherwise and Frank Slade is a very sarcastic and a frustrated person.
Act 3: Frank Slade and Charlie got along together despite all their differences and having the fact that the colonel is a blind person and Charlie being very patient.

While You Were Sleeping
Key Character(s): Sandra Bullock as Lucy, Bill Pulman as Jack Callaghan 
Logline: Loneliness was a way of life for Lucy until she met peter and fate stepped in and she became part of his life, his family and eventually his brother.

3 Act Structure
ACT 1: Lucy has always felt that it was okay to be lonely even tho she has a huge crush on a fellow commuter named Peter. One day he accidentally fell off the ledge train platform and fell into the train tracks. Having no other choice, Lucy decides to head down to the train track and quickly pulled him aside as he went into a coma after the fall.
ACT 2: She played along as Peter's fiance and tricked his family into believing in. However Jack comes along into the story and asked her how come her brother did not ever mention about her before. He bombarded her with questions with regards to her brother and does not believe her that she is his brother's type.
ACT 3: Peter waking up from his coma and does remembers everyone except for lucy to her happiness that she can finally be with his brother as she fell for him when Peter was in his coma and she does not have to worry anymore about how is she going to break the news to his family.

My Cousin Vinny
Key Character(s): Ralph Macchio as William, Mitchell Whitfield as Stan, Joe Pesci as Vincent Laguardia "Vinny" Gambini and Marisa Tomei as Mona Lisa Vito
Logline: Two friends William and Stanley are framed for murder and are thrown behind bars and only one man who get them out of jail is William's cousin Vinny.

3 Act Structure

ACT 1: William and Stan are friends from college however they are being framed for murder. When they need someone to bail them out, William called his cousin Vinny to bail them out.
ACT 2: Vinny is a lawyer but however the case of bailing his cousin and his friend out is his first actual case and its their last chance.
ACT 3: He managed to bail his cousin and his friend out as Lisa decides to testify as witness for their case.

  • Johnny Bravo is a very vain and flirty man, so therefore this show is about his adventure of coaxing girls, or anything that he can get attention of.

  • Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett-Majors, Jaclyn Smith and Danny Doyle. Kate is an adventurous person, Farrah is a sporty girl, Jaclyn is into arts & very fashionable, lastly, Danny is in charge of the girls.
